Mit dem Film »A Promised Rose Garden« http://www.apromisedrosegarden.de tauchen wir in eine ganz besondere Welt ein, eine Welt in die wir den Zuschauer gerne entführen wollen. Alles ist fremd, neu, anders, selbst die Sprache - obwohl der Film in Deutschland spielt - denn inmitten der asiatischen Parallelwelt Berlins suchen 2 vietnamesische Paare jeweils auf Kosten des Anderen nach Halt, Geborgenheit und vor allem: nach einer Heimat.
