In der Barefoot Academy werden Menschen mit körperlichen Beschwerden therapiert, und Sportler lernen, verletzungsfrei zu laufen, indem die Funktion der Füße wieder aufgebaut wird. Durch moderne Errungenschaften wie Schuhe und Stühle verkümmert unser Bewegungsapparat zunehmend. Verspannungen, Sportverletzungen und Fehlstellungen sind die Folgen. Unsere Füße sind aber das Fundament, auf dem wir stehen, gehen und laufen. Wird dies instabil, gerät das "Haus" darüber in Schieflage.
