Der Dokumentarfilm "Du musst dein Ändern leben" erzählt von einer Gruppe junger Menschen in Berlin-Neukölln, die ihrer Leidenschaft folgen, brach liegenden Flächen und Gebäuden ihrer Stadt wieder neues Leben einzuhauchen. Nach den erfolgreichen Projekten "Fuchs und Elster" und dem "Zu Hause e. V." steht die Wohn- und Arbeitsgemeinschaft von Yosh, Dorle, Julian, Alexej und Dorian vor einem neuen Großprojekt: Dem "Klunkerkranich" - ein Kulturgarten auf dem obersten Parkdeck eines Shoppingcenters.
