Female Fellows ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der beheimatete & geflüchtete Frauen in einem Tandemprojekt zusammenbringt. In 1-zu-1 Betreuung meistern die Frauen gemeinsam Behördengänge, lernen Deutsch & unternehmen etwas. Female Fellows ist dabei Vermittlungsstelle & Kontaktperson, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt. Bei monatl. Gruppenevents lernen sich die Vereinsmitglieder kennen. Neue Erfahrungen auf beiden Seiten stärken die Beziehung & den Zusammenhalt der Frauen & damit die Gesellschaft.
