Mit "Hilfe für Helfer" möchten wir von Interkultur in Aktion unseren Beitrag zur Flüchtlingshilfe leisten, indem wir unsere Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen als interkulturelle Trainer, Übersetzer und Sprachtrainer in zielgerichteten Schulungen und Workshops an andere Helfer weitergeben. Gemeinsam mit der Pädagogischen Hochschule Heidelberg entwickeln wir professionelle Materialien zu den Themen "Interkulturelle Kompetenz" und "Didaktik" und schulen ehrenamtliche Flüchtlingshelfer.
