What is this project all about?

At the dress rehearsal of her new play the director is in despair: none of the characters take any notice of her instructions. Instead, each of them uses the stage for their own purposes. The individual characters each present one facet of the artist's ego, both on the screen and on the stage.
From this there develop dialogues, conflict, farewells, struggle, freedom. And above all stands the apparently insoluble quest for the golden thread, the big picture, which unites all the characters and is able to hold them together.
A play to laugh at and think about. A journey through the diversity of the individual ego.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

For all who are interested in film and theatre and the diversity of the individual ego.

The aim is that through further performances audiences will become aware of a project aimed at making them confront their own egos.
The ego is diverse and colourful, complicated and carefree, slightly humorous and unpleasant. Courage and humour are needed to seek out and accept the aspects of one's ego. That was the process in the stage performance of "Inneres Ensemble".
Perhaps my thoughts about the ego will encourage others to consider this topic for themselves.

Why would you support this project?

For those who ask themselves: Who am I ? What makes me tick ?

Audience reaction:
"To start with: We are all constantly moving in our own stream of consciousness. So too is Anouschka Sarafzade.
But she creates an entertaining piece of art, poetry, a well-composed performance, making virtuoso use of different media, examining the various "levels" in a humorous way. These "levels" are transposed to specific roles which are all played convincingly by the actress herself. Do we know who we are and how many egos we have. Excellent. Bravo!"
