The Joel Havea Trio is: Joel Havea on vocals and guitar,
Leo Lazar on drums and vocals and Arnd Geise on bass.
Although we have all been making music independently for many
years, this constellation has only existed for about the last 12
months. The musical chemistry was clear from the first notes we
ever played together in the rehearsal room and after a year of
playing shows around Europe, we have started work on recording the
newest bunch of songs that I have written over the past few
years!
Being a totally independent artist, crowdfunding is a concept
that has always really resonated with me. I have played hundreds of
mostly self-booked shows all around the world over the past 4 years
and for this album, I felt that the time was right, together with
Arnd and Leo, to turn to the people who have supported me so far
along my musical journey.
What is crowdfunding?
