“RHEIN METAL – A mind of Metal” ist ein Dokumentarfilm, der sich dem Entstehen und der Entwicklung der rheinländischen Metal-Szene (in Aachen, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Köln, Krefeld, Leverkusen, Mönchengladbach, Remscheid, Solingen, Wuppertal, Koblenz und anderen am Rhein gelegenen Kleinstädten und Dörfern) widmet – von ihren Anfängen in den Siebzigern bis in die Gegenwart. Der musikalische Fokus liegt dabei auf den Subgenres Heavy, Thrash, Death und Black Metal.
