What is this project all about?

With €65,000, we can manage the move and hire a few assistants.

With over €75,000, we can manage the move and hire another full-time employee.

With 100,000, we can manage the move, hire a full-time employee and invest money in marketing.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

All people who are interested in beer and (Berlin) beer history. All people who like sour beer and want to support the only sour beer brewery in Berlin.

Why would you support this project?

Berliner Weisse is a piece of Berlin culture and history.The Schneeeule brewery is doing everything it can to revive the REAL Berliner Weisse and thus save a piece of Berlin culture.

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

If successful, the Schneeeule Brewery will move to a new location, hire new people and take off again.

Who are the people behind the project?

Behind the project is Ulrike Genz, the founder and brewer of the Schneeeule brewery, and her husband Andreas Martin, who is supporting her with the crowdfunding.

The production and delivery is the responsibility of the project owners themselves.
