We need your help to invest in new kegs and to keep them sparkling clean! Furthermore we don´t want to use single-use Plastic Kegs anymore.
Target 1: At the moment we clean and sanitise our kegs by hand, which is very wasteful and time-consuming work. With your support we will invest in more kegs and a small keg washing machine to keep our taproom beer flowing and our important b2b customers stocked more quickly and easily. Target 2: To buy more kegs and undertake refurbishments in the brewery.

What is this project all about?
Cleaning kegs by hand is time consuming, frustrating and wasteful work. We are selling more and more beer both in-house in our brewery taproom and to bars and restaurants in Hamburg.
From a business and ecological viewpoint we need a more sustainable way to do this, therefore we need your help to invest in a keg washing machine.
What is the project goal and who is the project for?
The project has 2 targets.
Firstly to invest in a keg washing machine to improve and speed up our production of kegged beer.
Secondly to invest in more kegs and refurbishments in our brewery.
The project should interest anyone who has bought and enjoyed a Simian beer!
Why would you support this project?
You will be helping us to vastly improve our prôcesses, both for beer to be enjoyed in our taproom and in bars and restaurants in Hamburg.
How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?
Target 1 - 12,500€
Investment in a keg washing machine.
Target 2 - 25,000€
Investment in more kegs and refurbishments in the brewery.
Who are the people behind the project?
We are a small microbrewery situated in Elmshorn making a variety of ales and lagers. Our brewery taproom has become the place where groups of friends go to socialise in a safe and cosy place.
We also supply bars and restaurants in Hamburg with kegs and house beers.
