Oktober 2019, dank der Jugend, die ohne Angst alles riskierte, um eine Veränderung des neoliberalen Systems des Landes zu erreichen, das die Ungleichheit in den letzten 30 Jahren vertieft hatte und derzeit eine Verfassungsänderung erhält. Die Folgen dieser Demonstrationen gegen die Regierung: 34 Menschen wurden während des Aufstands getötet. Es gibt 364 Strafanzeigen für Politische Sexualgewalt. Mehr als 2500 Menschen wurden inhaftiert.
