Berufung im Wanderhurenstreit

Mit Urteil vom 27.03.2014 hat uns das LG Düsseldorf verboten, den Titel „Die schönsten Wanderwege der Wanderhure“ für einen satirischen Kurzgeschichtenband von Julius Fischer zu verwenden. Das Gericht hat sich damit gegen die Kunstfreiheit und für die Eigentumsinteressen des „Wanderhuren“-Verlags Droemer Knaur entschieden. Gegen dieses Satireverbot wollen wir in die Berufung gehen, denn kommerzieller Erfolg muss parodierbar bleiben.
