Ich möchte mit diesem Kunstprojekt das Thema Trauer nach einer Totgeburt auf eine andere Ebene in der gesellschaftlichen Wahrnehmung bringen.

So unmittelbar wie Liebe bei einer Geburt fließt, so unkontrollierbar bricht Trauer bei einer Totgeburt herein. Dieses Gefühl bewegt sich in Wellen – mal leichter, mal schwerer, mal weicher – und dieses Gefühl bleibt. Darf bleiben. Die Fotoserie zeigt in 9 großformatigen Bildern "was bleibt" nach einer Totgeburt. Derselbe nackte Körper, nahezu zentral auf unterschiedlichen, grafisch anmutenden Natur-Untergründen, aufgenommen aus der Vogelperspektive und innerhalb eines Jahres.
