//Please find below the English description.
//The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
Gift and adopt an apple tree at Bruggerhof (Styria, Austria). We only plant rare traditional local varieties that have decreased in population over the last decades. For each donation, we are going to plant a new 'old' apple tree that helps us restore biodiversity. Along with protecting the environment and saving the climate, your contribution will also result in some tasty returns. You can either harvest the apples of your tree on your own (no shipping only pickup) or you can donate them to local schools or non-profit organisations.
The adoption lasts for one year. Afterwords you can decide if you want to extend your adoption (120 Euro in the first year / 60 Euro for each further year).
For more than 250 years, Bruggerhof has been a historic estate, 850 metres above sea level, in the heart of Austria's southern Alpine foothills. Run as a 'conventional' dairy farm with 15 cows for the most part, we now want to implement an ecologically and economically sustainable development plan by investing in regional apple produce - in order to give new life to this old estate. Our main goal is to enter a symbiotic relationship with nature. The concept of crowdfunding is absolutely key in achieving this. Join us in creating a direct link between producers and consumers and help us spread a philosophy that thrives on transparency and openness!
