Wir möchten das erste Restaurant gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung in Berlin eröffnen. Was das bedeutet? Bei RESTLOS GLÜCKLICH wird mit Lebensmitteln gekocht, die eigentlich in der Tonne landen würden, obwohl sie noch frisch und genießbar sind. Dazu gehört Gemüse, das nicht der Handelsnorm entspricht, aber auch Produkte aus Lagerräumungen oder beschädigte Verpackungen. Lasst uns gemeinsam etwas gegen den Wegwerf-Wahnsinn unternehmen und lernen, Lebensmittel wieder mehr wertzuschätzen!
