Christoph Pagel aus Berlin ist bekannt für seinen besonderen, sensiblen Stil als Komponist von New Classics ebenso wie als Pianist für Hochzeiten und Events. Er spielt eine dreistellige Zahl Auftritte pro Jahr für renommierte Hotels und Bars, z.B. im Waldorf Astoria, InterConti und dem Brel am Savignyplatz in Berlin. Im Hotel de Rome spielte er als umrahmendes Programm für ein Gastspiel von Katie Melua.

Eine seiner erfolgreichsten CDs (Barpiano at the Lounge after Dinner) begann als ganz persönliches Projekt zum 70. Geburtstag seiner Mutter. Enthalten ist mit 30 Themen ein Querschnitt durch sein Repertoire aus über 600 Titeln verschiedener Genres (auf allen anderen CDs außer seiner Weihnachts-CD sind ausschließlich eigene Werke).
Dies war das zweite Album auf seinem eigenen Platten-Label Christo P Records, welches 2011 mit der aufwändigen CD-Produktion Piano Dreams Vol.2 CELLOne die Zulassung bei der GVL bekam.

3 Jahre zuvor (2008) begann er die gleichnamige Konzert- und CD-Reihe mit kontemplativen Solo Piano Werken, die bislang 6 CDs und fast 40 Konzerte im In- und Ausland hervorbrachte, bis hinzu einem Auftritt in der Carnegie Hall 2015.

One of his most successful CDs - Barpiano at the Lounge after Dinner - started as a personal project for the 70th birthday of his mom. It represents a part of his repertoire with more than 30 themes contained.

It was the second album on his own label Christo P Records, which started 2011 with the CD Piano Dreams Vol.2 CELLOne.

3 years before, in 2008, he started a row of concerts and CDs with sensitive contemporary solo piano, leading to 6 CDs and almost 40 concerts up to now.

Christoph started to play melodies heard at church at the age of 6 years.
Composition and improvisation became part of his life shortly after starting lessons at 10. With 13 he finally had a mentor for this, his teacher Franz Riemer, who was an educated composer.

A great influence was Fritz Weise, the leader of the Berlin Concert Choir (Berliner Konzert Chor), where Christoph received an individual singing education.

Being a well trained tenor, he was asked to play Judas in the semi-professional musical Jesus Christ Superstar with 17 and even thought about studying musical at the University of Arts Berlin.

But the wish to be an influence in society was stronger, so he studied law and became a professional part-time musician.
Even in the time of law school he wrote and published 2 musicals.

16 years ago, in 2001, the time seemed right to become a full time musician, at first with the focus on rap and concerts and CDs as singer/songwriter with the mission of bringing godly standards to people, later with the focus on piano and studio work. He has tought more than 100 students, children but also business leaders.

In 2016, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award by Enlightened Piano Radio (EPR).

He is also part of Whisperings Piano Radio, can be found at Napster, Amazon and iTunes, and works from his CD Piano Dreams Vol. 1 were played regularly at Klassik Radio in Germany.

2017 is a very important year for Christoph, because after 5 years of work and development, his very heartbeat-project, the CD StadtStille, is finished and released. It is a theme work about the city pulsating and coming to rest at special places.
