Francesca teaches different styles of yoga: Hot Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Restorative yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. You can choose what you want to work on: some specific poses that you find really hard or a mix and match of more styles in a special class tailored just for you. There will be a short conversation before the class to decide together what works best for you.
