Projekt Ende / Final Report
(English bellow)

Georg

Dear Friends and supporters
I really don’t know the reason why it took me so long to write you these lines. I think that I probably needed some time to digest the project. I started out just planning to stay six month in Jordan. Through my work with Field Ready I could extend the projects time and scope in Jordan. I left mid-December last year. There where activities with so many partner organizations and over 100 volunteers that helped out, that I kind of dropped dead when I returned to Germany.
Here is a video summery of all the projects until November: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoKZyBYxMj8
Here is the full version: https://youtu.be/M0p5Z-g_cag
Here is an additional video about our last project that I am very proud of: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nheK4nP18n8
As you can see in the videos, we have done a lot. Now I try to package the results of this project in the right way to inspire others. I will not have the opportunity to send out all missing presents. Please contact me if you would like a refund. I am sorry.
I am still here for you. Even though you have not heard from me in a while, you can always get in touch. I would love to tell you everything we have done in more detail. Everything, starting with the 300 interviews we have conducted, up to the last building activities that are still taking place (by volunteers that continue the work). Sadly this would take more space then we have here. I calculated that I have spend 5000 Euro of my own money to make this project a reality. In addition, Field Ready paid in part for the transport and the tools. To sum up, the project lasted longer and was more expensive then expected. We could built more products then anticipated and we tested some new exciting technologies in the field and help more people.
We could work with many larger international aid agencies and spread the development approach of Innovation Aid. To name some: Action Aid, Acted, UNICEF, Relief International and CEWAS. Because of this I think of this project as a success even to single technologies field our did not preform as expected. Again, I am very sorry for not giving you an update in such a long time! Thank you for your help to make this project happen and please stay in touch.
