2- KASCHTA RAINBOW: A Salad composed of, 13 OR MORE, different types of vegetables.
3- KASCHTA EGGPLANT SALAD: Eggplant Salad, prepared with a traditional African Sudanese procedure with Garlic, onion, yogurt and the sudanese groundnuts butter.
GETRÄNKE
One, two or three of traditional Sudanese cold drinks derivative from Baobabs, Hibiscus and Tamarind.
And/Or, upon request (instead of Falafel):
4- KASCHTA AGHASHAY: Is one of the popular African and Sudanese spicy dishes, boneless lamb meat or chicken breasts meat, which is prepared to become more like a Costolita, and then seasoned with some spices such as ginger, pepper and cinnamon mixed with groundnuts.
