Worum geht es in dem Projekt?
The campaign offers a new way for our friends and customers to support Nalu Diner. As is widely known, reaching a sustainable level of business with a restaurant is tough, and many restaurants fold within the first months and years of operation. With this campaign we can hopefully create a new way to generate the revenue we need in order to keep going into the future.
Was sind die Ziele und wer ist die Zielgruppe?
The goal is to raise enough funds to make an initial investment in producing t-shirts and mugs for the restaurant. We should be able to produce approximately twice as many t-shirts and mugs as will be directly given to everyone participating in this campaign. The profits from selling the surplus of t-shirts and mugs, which will occur after the conclusion of the campaign, will then be re-invested in the production of a second round of inventory. Thereafter the t-shirts and mugs will only be available through direct sales in the restaurant.
Our target audience is all the customers who have come to know and love the diner over the last 3 or so years, and anyone who loves a cool-looking t-shirt or mug!

By supporting this project, a new and important revenue stream for our struggling restaurant will be generated. The contributions people make in supporting this campaign are not simply pre-orders of the items being offered. They are furthermore an important way to give new support to our larger mission of providing the best food, service and community engagement that we can.
Was passiert mit dem Geld bei erfolgreicher Finanzierung?
The money raised by this campaign will be used to finance the initial investment required to start printing Nalu Diner t-shirts and mugs.

A Note about the "Realization Period"
It's unclear exactly why, but the stated "Realization Period" can't be updated now. Anyway, the funding drive will conclude at midnight on August 5th. We hope to raise 850EU by then, but the proverbial sky is the limit!
