Exclusive digital Teamworkshop for Corporates in Resilience and Leadership (national and international, 3 hours, up to 12 people)

Blind facilitators become the experts in this digital environment and conduct an exclusive virtual session for sighted participants who want to improve their resilience and learn how to cope effectively with adverse situations. In circumstances of uncertainty, we can learn from those who are typically perceived as disadvantaged. Participants will discover some of the strategies used by the blind facilitators who are confronted every day with the adversity of living with a visual disability.
